Aspen Landscape is a successful, privately-owned Landscaping Company
in the West metro seeking a Landscape designer / sales individual to help
manage and grow the landscaping sales of Aspen. The candidate will work
closely with the business owner to evaluate and make design decisions.

Job requirements:

3-5 years’ experience as a designer with experience in implementing
designs in the field, including working with customers and operating crews.
Designer / Salesperson will be expected to travel to work sites for both the
preparation of customer bids as well as for directing the project work of
crews.

Ideal candidate is one who is motivated to move from a pure design position to
one driving sales into completed projects and sales.

Demonstrated experience with prioritizing tasks responding to schedule
adjustments and maintaining a high customer service.

Preferred; A person currently working for a landscape company that has hit
the ceiling at their current employer or looking for a new opportunity that
may provide a transition over time to an ownership interest.

Compensation will be based on experience with above tasks.

Aspen Landscape is a successful, privately-owned Landscaping Company in the
West metro seeking a General foreman to manage and grow the landscaping
operations of Aspen. The candidate will work closely with the business owner but
will have final responsibility of all field operations.

3-5 years’ experience as a Hardscape Foreman is required.
Must be able to install paver patios & all types of retaining walls.
Must have examples of work that has be installed, documents, phots, plans etc.

Must be able to plow snow in residential properties in the Wayzata area.

Foreman will be expected to travel to work sites for both the preparation of
customer bids as well as for directing the project work of crews.

Demonstrated experience with prioritizing tasks, responding to schedule
adjustments, and maintaining a high customer service attitude.

Implement operations management policies including project work schedules,
crew tasks, customer interactions, safety and equipment management.
Compensation will be based on, experience with above tasks.

You may be an assistant Forman that wants to be the lead person that can
perform at a Forman’s level.
